Hypha is a global network of builders and practitioners developing and using tools for member-owned organisations.
The problem
Traditional tools were not built for member-owned organisations.
Most software assumes a boss, a hierarchy, and shareholders. Hypha began with a different question. What does an organisation need when people make decisions together and everyone deserves a stake?
The answer is one platform where people can align their direction, make decisions, recognise contribution, and share ownership without adding unnecessary complexity.

There is no CEO and no conventional board. The distributed team works through the same governance, treasury, membership, and contribution tools offered to others.
