Define the retribution mechanism of each tier
After you specify a total annual retribution for the tier, you can also detail the ratio between Utility token and payout token. For example you can specify that a certain tier will require a "minimum of 50%" remuneration in Utility token, and the remaining 50% will be redeemed as payout token.
